Caitlin Boston is a NY -based user experience researcher and product strategist deeply passionate about empathetic product development that focuses on the user. She specializes in UX research, product development and ideation, and brand strategy. Her UX experience spans across for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental (state and federal) clients involving projects such as message and brand-testing campaigns for the White House, product development and usability testing for Goldman Sachs, digital strategy and product development for Nike + Jordan Brand, and product development for UPS. She currently works for Google where she focuses on global enterprise products.
