Marnie Pflueger currently serves as Vice President, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering at Comcast in the Video IP Engineering & Research (VIPER) organization. She is responsible for leading and advancing a fast-moving team in application, system integration, and performance testing, test automation & tool development and release management of IP video technology platforms. Marnie is a quality engineering leader who drives cultural change through innovative approaches that enable new products and services at Comcast. She strives to continuously improve our QA engineering capabilities, specifically optimizing the test life cycle to deliver quality next generation, cutting edge video technologies.

Marnie brings 23 years of program management, solution engineering, development, quality assurance, and product lifecycle management experience to Comcast. Prior to joining Comcast, Marnie held a variety of roles at AT&T across AT&T’s business offers. She managed senior technical staff, senior technical directors, and their geographically dispersed (US and International) teams. Marnie began her career in consulting with engagements in the Health Services and Utilities industries at Andersen Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science degree from the University of Florida.
